At Little Coders we strongly believe the future is digital and children should develop technical skills and use them to launch their great ideas. The course will help kids formulate their ideas and teach them the skills needed. We will also give them the experience of storyboarding, problem-solving, and testing, as part of the design process.

If you are passionate about games and want to learn the art of game development, then you are at the right place. IT interns has specially initiated this game development classes for children to learn how to create computer programs to solve problems. Moreover, these game development classes will also enable children to develop interactive stories and computer games. The training will specifically focus on enhancing the students’ skills by equipping them with advance game development skill. The workshops will give them a platform to have an exciting and engaging experience while learning computer science basics. These include loops, conditional statements, variables and many others. The course not only caters to the aspiring coders but gives children a sound foundation in computational thinking and problem solving required by a multitude of professions in the future. The children will immensely relish the experience of creating cool games, designing fascinating characters, generating music and also drawing math art to unlock the power of code!

About the Trainer

Brian Anderson has worked as a technical consultant for Solstice Mobile since June of 2013. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He specializes in iOS and Android development and has over seven years of experience in front-end web technologies. Brian developed the curriculum for Little Coders from his practice teaching elementary students basic computer programming skills for college credit at the University of Wisconsin. He has since worked to refine the curriculum over the past year and is passionate about teaching computer science to a new generation of kids.
